We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Support Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting employee inquiries, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, earnings, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, timekeeping, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support HR and accounting teams in maintaining accurate payroll records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Help administer employee benefits related to payroll, such as enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports for management or audits as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support related to payroll and employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR, or administrative support.
  • Preferably with working experience in U.S. payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
