We're looking for an Internal Operations Manager to keep our systems, people, and processes aligned as we scale.

You'll oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, and help streamline communication between departments. This role requires a sharp, organized problem-solver who thrives in structure but can handle the pace and ambiguity of startup growth.

What You'll Work On:

  • Oversee daily internal operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and deadlines are met
  • Create and document processes, SOPs, and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate between recruitment, finance, and marketing teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Support onboarding, internal reporting, and weekly operations meetings
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or communication gaps between departments
  • Manage tools, automations, and data tracking across systems like Notion, Airtable, and Slack

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration
  • Excellent organization and systems thinking
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with project tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Notion
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently

Nice to Have

  • Background in recruitment, HR, or EOR services
  • Familiarity with process automation tools or dashboard management
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams
