Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process. The position focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified applicants to meet the organization's staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and screening evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and updates with hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized and updated recruitment trackers and applicant records.
  • Assist in executing hiring campaigns, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Support onboarding tasks when needed.
  • Ensure consistent, timely communication with applicants to maintain a positive hiring experience.
  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment status reports.
  • Comply with recruitment standards, guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience (excluding internships).
  • Skilled in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple job openings.
  • Willing to work on-site for 6 days per week.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
