POSITION: Global IT Service Desk Analyst
WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite
SCHEDULE: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule 24/7
START DATE: Urgent / ASAP
(JOB DESCRIPTION)
- Provide support to clients on 24/7 availability via phone, chat and email
- Handle issues related to client technical issues ranging from simple pc related problems to application related issues (Active Directory, VPN, and other software's).
- Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Toolset (Service Now)
- Globally monitor, triage and escalate all system problems
- Assist with computer operations activities as required
- Provide support to remote users (using remote connectivity tools)
- Knowledge of incident management tools
(SALARY & BENEFITS)
- Earn as much as PHP 38,000 Basic Package
- Plus PHP 2,400 NTA
- 20% Night Diff.

(QUALIFICATIONS)
- At least HS Graduate
- Strictly with 1year of experience in GLOBAL IT SERVICE DESK / HELPDESK.
- Excellent Communication Skill with strong Service Desk background.
- Basic experience troubleshooting hardware, software & printers is a must
- Experienced in Ticketing System, Servicenow, SAP ERP, Sharepoint, Active Directory
- Amenable to Work Onsite & START ASAP

- Diploma & TOR (proof of grades)

- Recent Pay-slip
- Government Number / IDs (SSS, Philhealth, Tin, Pag-ibig)
- COE from previous employer
- Active NBI Clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php40,400.00 per month
