Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for a Healthcare Customer Service Agent. The agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to clients. Daily tasks include managing calls, emails, or chats, addressing customer concerns with professionalism, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining accurate records and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls

Answer questions on benefits & claims

Document call details accurately

Provide excellent service with empathy

Adhere to company protocols and service level standards

What We're Looking For:


2–3 yrs Healthcare Insurance experience (required)


2–3 yrs Customer Service experience (required)

Strong communication & attention to detail

CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

Fluent in English | HIPAA aware

A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and shift priorities at a moment's notice
