JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent – Data Entry who will play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of data. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding support to both customers and internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Process and manage customer orders, inquiries, and data with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database or CRM system.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate information flow.
  • Assist in generating reports, order tracking, and data validation.
  • Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as required.
  • Support the customer service and operations team with ad hoc tasks and projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with AU business operations is an advantage.
