What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
