We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting concerns and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated concerns when necessary.
  • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:
  • At least a high school graduate or college level/graduate of any course.
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
