About the role

We are seeking a talented PR Manager who is a fluent Mandarin speaker to join our growing PR team at DL Public Relations'. This full-time position will be based in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office and will play a crucial role in delivering client success through strategic PR campaigns and engaging stakeholder relations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to support our diverse client portfolio
  • Managing all aspects of client PR programmes, including media relations, influencer engagement, content production and event coordination
  • Providing expert counsel and support to clients on reputation management, crisis communications and public affairs initiatives
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with media contacts, industry influencers and other key stakeholders
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Leading and mentoring a team of PR executives to deliver exceptional client service
  • Collaborating closely with our creative and digital teams to deliver integrated communications campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a PR or communications role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine media landscape and proven track record of securing high-quality media coverage
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to provide strategic counsel
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team to consistently deliver exceptional results
  • Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
