Key Responsibilities:

Translate documents, presentations, emails, reports, and other materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, interviews, presentations, and conference calls.
Support cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication between Mandarin and English-speaking colleagues or clients.
Localize content for marketing, HR, training, or customer support materials to suit Chinese or international audiences.
Review and edit translated materials to maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and style.
Assist with customer service or client communication in Mandarin and English, as needed.
Collaborate with HR, PR, marketing, and operations teams on bilingual projects.
Stay informed on cultural nuances, language trends, and regional communication standards.
