About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Mandarin Speaker to join our team at Guangzhou Modern Cancer Hospital in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time administrative role will provide vital support to our hospital operations, with a focus on assisting our patients and Mandarin-speaking staff. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of our hospital and delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing translation and interpretation services between Mandarin and English for our patients and staff
2. Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general office support
3. Serving as a point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met
4. Collaborating with the medical team to facilitate effective communication and coordination of patient care
5. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the protection of sensitive patient information
6. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our hospital operations

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
3. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Proficient in using common office software and technology
6. A compassionate and patient-centric approach, with a genuine desire to support our patients
