  1. Posses Strong leadership and communications skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating teams.

  2. Demonstrate passion for the food service industry, with familiarity in operational workflows and management standards.

  3. Exhibit excellent customer service awareness, adapt at handling customers complaints and feedback appropriately.

4. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and verbal.

  1. Must be College Degree or above level.

Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and customer.

  2. Coordinate communication between kitchen and front of house to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery.

  3. Manage staff including recruitment, training scheduling, motivating, and evaluation to build and efficient team.

  4. Handle customer compliants and maintain positive client relationship.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
