About the role

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-caliber candidates to support the growth and success of our organisation. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and evaluate qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation
  • Screen and shortlist applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
  • Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment regulations to ensure compliance and drive recruitment excellence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HR software, and social media platforms for recruitment
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset

Schedule

  • Monday - Saturday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
