Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process for mid- to senior-level roles across various industries. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, people relations, and professional growth in the executive search industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding client requirements and job specifications.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for consultant or client review.
  • Support consultants in client and candidate communications.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all search activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or experience in recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online job platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
