About the Position
We seek an
Awards Program Executive (Sales)
to assist MARKETECH APAC Awards commercial growth in Asia. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging potential award participants, ensuring their seamless experience, and collaborating with internal teams to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
: Proactively identify organisations to participate in the awards program, ensuring a diverse and competitive pool of entrants across all categories.
- Sales Outreach
: Conduct proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce the awards program, explain participation benefits, and drive conversions.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential award entrants, consistently engaging with companies to encourage participation and ensure program success.
- Client Engagement & Consultation
: Guide potential entrants through the nomination process, address queries, and provide tailored recommendations to maximize their participation experience.
- Sales Targets & Revenue Growth
: Achieve and exceed sales targets by successfully securing nominations, sponsorships, and ticket sales for awards events.
- Multi-Awards Management
: Manage multiple award programs simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution, high participant engagement, and successful event outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with entrants, judges, and internal teams.
- Self-Starter:
Proven ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, ensuring smooth execution and the timely delivery of multiple awards programs.
- Quick Learner:
Ability to quickly grasp the specific processes of each awards event, ensuring effective client support and efficient program execution.
- Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy and quality, with a meticulous approach to reviewing submissions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with awards criteria.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and make informed decisions under pressure, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Results-Oriented:
Strong drive to meet targets, ensuring the successful execution of awards events and programs.
