Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to promote iCare's innovative healthcare solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored health plans, negotiating agreements, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Relationship Management, Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Customer Service Orientation and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Retention, and Upselling
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance industries is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with client site visits
