Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Energy Billing, Credit Solutions, and Payments department at Acquire BPO. This role involves overseeing complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of billing and payment solutions for our energy sector clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for energy billing programs and credit solutions

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and objectives

• Oversee the development and implementation of payment systems and processes

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance and capabilities

• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support business growth

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the energy or financial services sector

• Strong knowledge of billing systems, credit management, and payment processing

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with process improvement and change management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
