About the Position

Our team is seeking a
Project Executive

who will manage/assist the audience acquisition of various flagship events and clients' campaigns or projects. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks, from coordinating campaign requirements and KPIs to ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Timelines

: Strategically plan and manage both monthly and weekly project timelines, ensuring all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and progress is systematically tracked to meet deadlines.
- Internal Coordination

: Collaborate with key departments, including sales, editorial, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Communication

: Act as the client liaison, providing consistent, transparent updates on project and campaign progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Project Documentation

: Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including up-to-date campaign trackers, status reports, and communication templates, ensuring easy access and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Email Marketing

: Utilizing email marketing tools to create, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns.
- Action Plan Development

: Creating weekly action plans to achieve set targets and objectives.
- KPI and Entitlement Management

: Monitoring entitlements and KPIs for assigned projects to ensure goals are met and deliverables are on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related field preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
