Events Executive

Location: Bagumbayan, Quezon City (Hybrid)

MARKETECH APAC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Events Executive

to join our expanding team. This role will be at the heart of delivering our flagship
conferences, awards programs

and
bespoke events

across Asia, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management:

Oversee end-to-end logistics for conferences, summits, and awards shows.
- Venue & Supplier Acquisition:

Secure venues and negotiate with suppliers (AV, catering, stage, printing, etc.) to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Venue Operations:

Supervise venue setup, branding, and technical requirements during events.
- Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams to deliver sponsor and partner commitments.
- Delegate Experience:

Manage registration, materials, and on-site requirements to ensure a smooth attendee journey.
- Project Planning:

Develop detailed timelines, checklists, and contingency plans for flawless execution.
- Budget Management:

Monitor expenses, manage supplier contracts, and track cost-effective solutions.
- Post-Event Reporting:

Handle wrap-up tasks, including supplier payments, performance evaluation, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years in events management, preferably in B2B conferences or awards. [
Open to fresh graduates who are willing to be trained but have a strong interest in events management.

- Organization:

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Negotiation:

Skilled in securing venues and managing supplier contracts effectively.
- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for liaising with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving:

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
- Attention to Detail:

High standards in managing logistics, budgets, and event execution.
- Flexibility:

Willingness to travel across Asia and adapt to fast-paced event environments.
