We are looking for a Parts Coordinator focused on Inventory Control. This role involves maintaining optimal stock levels by utilizing the inventory management system (ERP/CMMS) to execute accurate demand forecasting, parts ordering, receiving, and issuing, thereby minimizing stockouts and preventing expensive overstocking.

Requirements:

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience.
  • Utilize the inventory control system to establish and maintain optimal stock levels (Min/Max). Conduct daily/weekly cycle counting and full physical inventories to ensure system accuracy.
  • Generate and process purchase requisitions/orders for parts and supplies, track order status, and expedite shipments as necessary to meet operational deadlines.
  • Accurately receive, inspect, and verify all incoming parts against purchase orders; tag, stock, and organize parts within the warehouse/parts room. Issue parts and supplies to maintenance staff/technicians and accurately record transactions.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve issues related to damaged goods, incorrect shipments, pricing discrepancies, and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions, transfers, returns, and disposals. Generate inventory usage reports to analyze trends and support forecasting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Back-order monitoring and update of MRI.
  • Create job orders to supply to back orders/ updating the service coordinator for fabrication and needed parts
  • Monitor, update, and handle all returned parts from cannibalization and file cannibalization forms
  • Assist battery-related inquiries and MRI related concerns
  • Create and Prepare STO and JO with coordinators (Rental, Aftersales, and Technical)
  • Check quality parts from MRS, inventory cycle count, and actual parts at the warehouse.
  • Assist with concerns at Stanford (Battery, charger, etc.)
  • Check and assist with concerns regarding emergency parts
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
