Part-Time Content & Influencer Marketing Associate

Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and organized Content & Influencer Marketing Associate to help us grow our digital presence. The role involves creating engaging social media content, coordinating influencer partnerships, and keeping our e-commerce product catalog up to date.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit social media content (videos and graphics) once a week onsite at our BF Homes store
  • Capture product and lifestyle shots for Reels, TikTok, and social media campaigns
  • Design static posts and promotional materials for social media and newsletters

Influencer & Community Partnerships

  • Identify and reach out to existing and potential influencers or content creators for collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate product seeding, partnerships, and affiliate arrangements
  • Monitor influencer deliverables and compile performance reports

E-Commerce & Catalog Management

  • Edit and maintain product listings across online marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Ensure product photos, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up to date
  • Assist in uploading new SKUs, organizing collections, and ensuring visual consistency

Social Media Support

  • Assist in content scheduling and posting
  • Stay updated on current social media trends and viral content formats relevant to home, plant, and lifestyle niches

Monthly Deliverables

  • 8–10 short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, or ads)
  • 4–6 static posts or graphics (product promos, quotes, event banners, etc.)
  • 5 influencer collaborations or creator tie-ups
  • Regular updates to e-commerce product catalog

Schedule

  • Onsite: Once a week for content shoot (BF Homes, Parañaque)
  • Remote Work: Editing, posting, and coordination during the week
  • Flexible Day: 1 weekday or Saturday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php7,000.00 per month
