Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in accounting at a reputable company is a plus
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention detail, accuracy, and objectivity
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with key business applicants

Qualifications:

  • Manage Accounts Entries: Accurately record and update all financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring that entries are complete and timely.
  • Prepare Schedules and Forms: Develop and maintain schedules and forms for various accounting processes to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Clear Accounts and Reconcile Check Registers: Perform regular clearing of accounts and reconcile check registers to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile 3rd Party Deliveries: Verify and reconcile records of 3rd party deliveries with internal documentation to ensure accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
