Job Overview:

The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all warehouse transactions, including the work of checkers during loading, unloading, and inventory activities. The role ensures that all products, quantities, and documents match, helping maintain accurate inventory and prevent losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and verify the work of checkers during dispatch and receiving.
  • Ensure product quantity, description, and condition are accurate before release.
  • Conduct random physical counts and reconcile with warehouse records.
  • Validate warehouse documents such as trip tickets, delivery receipts, and pull-out forms.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages found during checking.
  • Monitor compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams for accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least College level
  • With experience in warehouse operations or auditing is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and reliable.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel or manual inventory recording.
  • Willing to work in field or flexible schedules as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,260.00 per month
