We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Auditor to join our Comptrollership team. This role is key to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial and operational processes. You'll be responsible for auditing inventory, fixed assets, petty cash, and branch collections across our depot warehouses and branches — ensuring compliance, accuracy, and accountability at every step.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of fixed assets, inventories, petty cash funds, revolving funds, and branch sales collections
  • Verify the existence, condition, and proper documentation of company assets
  • Reconcile physical counts with ledger balances and investigate discrepancies
  • Review branch collection and bank deposit records for accuracy and completeness
  • Assess compliance with internal policies, financial protocols, and regulations
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, risk assessments, and recommendations
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in audit-related roles, with a minimum of 2 years in field auditing or inventory control
  • Strong background in financial and operational audits
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD, and FICO modules) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism in handling sensitive data
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on extended hours, rest days, or holidays as needed
