We're looking for an
Assistant Manager
to drive business growth and strengthen partnerships while supporting strategic initiatives in the travel insurance space. This role combines business development, account management, and market analysis offering excellent exposure and growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development,
    preferably in the Airline, Travel, and Hospitality industries.
  • Strong background in
    Sales, Account Management, or Portfolio Management
    within a profit center environment.
  • Skills in
    Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, or Digital Marketing
    are highly valued.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with technology-driven tools.
  • Familiarity with process management, project management, or marketing approaches is a plus.
  • Strong skills in communication, relationship management, and business development.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives.
  • Strengthen and expand partnerships by delivering value-added services, enhancing customer experience, and supporting business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new programs, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to gain exposure to strategic initiatives and portfolio management.
