Are you passionate about finding better ways to get things done? As a Transformation Analyst at MaxiHealth, you'll play a key role in helping us work smarter, faster, and more efficiently—directly contributing to the growth of our clinics and services.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement changes that truly make an impact
  • Support projects from planning to execution—helping with requirement gathering, testing, and system enhancements
  • Develop tools and materials such as SOPs, process maps, and user guides to make workflows clearer and more consistent
  • Monitor project progress, track results, and ensure changes are delivered on time

Qualifications

Education:

  • A graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—experience in process improvement or project management is a bonus

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge in data analytics
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools is an advantage

Traits:

  • Proactive and able to spot inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Positive team player
