Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, office software, and mobile office devices.
- Handle software and desktop support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows/Mac/iOS/Android operating systems, office applications, and system updates such as patches, virus removal, and troubleshooting.
- Manage office systems and maintain equipment such as projectors, printers, and other daily-use devices, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain IT assets, including regular inventory checks, registration, warehousing, and decommissioning, ensuring clear and accurate asset records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality IT service delivery and user satisfaction. Assist in other IT-related tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in desktop support within a standardized IT environment in mid-to-large-sized companies.
- Experience in supporting systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.
- Proficient in troubleshooting issues related to laptops and desktops, and familiar with the installation and configuration of operating systems, office software, and email clients.
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals and ability to handle common WAN/LAN network issues.
- Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework or ITIL certification is a plus.
