Position: US Recruiter
Work Arrangement: Onsite Once A MONTH (Ortigas)
Position Overview:
US Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified professionals for various clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Your role is key in delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an RPO environment.
- 8 years of Recruitment experience
- US RECRUITMENT IS REQUIRED
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
