Legal Secretary

· Assists and supports Associates and or Senior Partners with his or her work as needed.
· Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
· Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, audio, or other data.
· Reads, researches, reviews, verifies, and routes correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
· Drafts, revises, and edits letters and other written documents, and collects and analyzes information.
· Documents reimbursable expenses and tracks payments and generates invoices.
· Provides administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
· Represents lawyers by communicating on their behalf and obtaining information, following up on delegated assignments, and knowing when to act and when to refer matters to lawyer.
· Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
· Develops, manages, and maintains legal files, both in physical and electronic formats.
· Records and documents meeting discussions, maintains transcripts, and documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
