Job Summary:

The Jr. Legal Compliance Associate prepares and drafts corporate documents, ensures timely filing of reportorial requirements, and maintains updated client records. The role involves direct client communication, supporting corporate housekeeping tasks, monitoring compliance obligations, updating internal portals, and performing administrative and ad hoc duties to ensure smooth compliance operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, English Studies, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (EA/Legal Secretary/Law or Legal Services); fresh graduates welcome.
  • Knowledge in legal concepts, research, documentation, and government regulations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC.

Job Description

  • Prepare and draft corporate/legal documents (e.g., GIS, minutes, resolutions, certifications).
  • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone.
  • Assist in monitoring client obligations and outstanding balances.
  • File reportorial requirements with government agencies.
  • Update company portals and client records.
  • Monitor assigned clients' compliance status.
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.
