Role Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at AACI and its subsidiaries, you will serve as a central figure in crafting and implementing a cohesive workforce strategy that supports our collective ambitions. This role demands a sophisticated blend of strategic insight and practical execution across diverse business units, aiming to foster an adaptive, resilient workforce ready to meet both current and future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute HR strategies that resonate with AACI's mission, promoting operational excellence and a unified corporate culture.
  • Leverage systems and design thinking to overhaul HR processes, increasing our agility and elevating the standard of our services.
  • Champion a culture of perpetual growth and learning, utilizing strategic insights to bolster decision-making and propel business expansion.
  • Navigate organizational change with strategic acumen and foresight, equipping our team to excel in a fluctuating market environment.
  • Foster a conducive learning environment that prioritizes adaptability and personal development, ensuring readiness for upcoming challenges.
  • Bridge diverse viewpoints, cultivating a collaborative workspace that bolsters team unity and organizational coherence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of HR leadership experience in dynamic, service-oriented environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Advanced degree and HR certifications not required but beneficial.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives, improving processes, and leading organizational change.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Experience in process optimization, enhancing service quality, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Preferably from Hospitality and Education Industry.
