JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for job positions within an organization
  • collaborate with hiring managers, post job openings, conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications to ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture
  • handle negotiations, coordinate onboarding processes and stay updated on industry trends to enhance the recruitment strategy
  • effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a through understanding of the organizations needs

Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is often preferre
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to build relationships, understand candidate motivations and assess cultural fit within an organization
  • excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records
  • capacity to analyze resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed decisions during the recruitment process
  • familiarity with job portals and other recruitment tools
