The E-Commerce Customer Service Clerk is responsible for the accurate and complete processing of sales orders exported from WAREO. They shall liaise between the CRM Department, Ecommerce Fulfillment Operations Team and Merchandising to support customer service concerns.

  • Graduate of any 4-year Computer or Business related course
  • At least 1-2 years experience in retail, digital/e-commerce or customer service related position
  • Advanced computer skills including knowledge and use of MS Office applications (Word and Excel), and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.).
  • Has excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills; excellent phone disposition preferred
  • Ability to keep accurate records and manage data confidentially
  • Ability to learn processes and software
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to follow oral and written directives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
