The Junior E-Commerce Officer supports the execution, monitoring, and optimization of the company's e-commerce activities across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). The role assists in product listing, campaign preparation, order fulfillment coordination, and performance analysis to ensure smooth online store operations and a positive customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations for online stores including product uploads, pricing, stock syncing, and promo updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution such as flash sales, mega campaigns, vouchers, and platform marketing activities.
  • Monitor platform dashboards and performance metrics including sales trends, traffic, conversion, cancellation rates, and fulfillment performance.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Perform quality checks on product content—titles, descriptions, photos, attributes—to maintain accuracy and drive conversion.
  • Manage after-sales concerns by coordinating with necessary departments for return/refund processing and issue resolution.
  • Track daily inventory status and assist in replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
  • Contribute insights and ideas for improving user experience and sales growth.
  • Prepare reports and assist in data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or any related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus, but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with data reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
