MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. New Brands - Helps with the operations, brand alignment, and order fulfillment.

  2. Inventory Management - Overseeing the flow of inventory to meet online demand and ensuring effective stock levels across multiple channels and across all brands.

  3. Collaboration with other brands and other departments - Facilitating clear and effective communication between the e-commerce team and other departments to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, timelines, and objectives. (What are the new product launches, what's the monthly target in terms of budget and marketing campaigns, are the decorations in the online store consistent and aligned with those in the retail stores, etc.)

  4. Campaign activation and cross-checking - Will help ensure that campaign activations per platform and per brand, store designs, new product releases, and customer journey are aligned.

  5. Customer Service - Helps ensure that all after-sales concerns are addressed across all brands and platforms. This includes monitoring of returns, refunds, and replacements.

  6. Fulfillment - Ensures that all brand and platform orders are shipped on time and addresses concerns related to out-of-stock items, courier delays, logistics issues, and warehouse manpower challenges.

  7. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
