Role Description
Castr is seeking a full-time Night shift - Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our users. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, monitoring and managing customer satisfaction, and providing technical support to users. This is a remote role.
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years of Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Experience in providing excellent customer support
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stable internet and Stable power supply with Back up
- Experience with streaming platforms or related technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Handling customer technical support cases through chat and email
- Answering customer questions to learn about their situation
- Asking questions to get a better idea of what might be wrong
- Diagnosing and providing clear advice on what the user can do to solve their problem
- Assisting customer using Anydesk or Team viewer for troubleshooting when needed
- Logging information about the correspondence into the company's system to keep a record of actions
- Updating the customer information
- Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
- Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations
- Knowing when it's time to pass the customer to a supervisor, repair expert, or another appropriate team member for further assistance
