
Chat Customer Representative

Location: Remote (work from home)
Salary: 20,000 PHP per month (paid 15th & last day of every month via )
Only Full Time Available.Candidates must be available to work any assigned hours, including weekends and overnight shifts (12am-8am, Philippines Time) if assigned to them.
About the Role:
As a Chat Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels only. Your primary focus will be on engaging with our current customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to upsell our products or services, thereby maximizing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat.
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Identify upselling opportunities and effectively promote additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to upsell effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems.
- Must have stable internet and power generator
