DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales prospecting, pipelines generation and handling new business accounts franchised/endorsed by broker
  2. Coordination of quotation or proposal requirements & submission of proposals based on released final rates by Actuarial

  3. Franchising coordination to Business Center

  4. Quotation request to Actuarial (includes internal negotiation on rates)
  5. Coordination with other concerned units/departments on requirement of the client (e.g.requirement for physicians, non-standard membership process, payment structures and claimsprocessing and special handling of availments
  6. Proposal release to brokers
  7. Preparation and submission of required documents (e.g. bidding requirements)

  8. Negotiation and presentation of proposal to external clients as duly coordinated with the broker

  9. preparation of presentation materials and logistic

  10. Processing and Endorsement of internal documents, should client through the broker confirms awarding their HMO with PhilCare

  11. Routing of signed conforme, masterlist, dental forms (if applicable) etc.

  12. ABC preparation & sign off
  13. NTP (Notice to Provider) routing and release to brokers & internal units
  14. Other clerical/admin work in relation to requirements for newly closed accounts

  15. Does 1st base After Sales Requirements of the account, while not yet transferred to Account Management Team

  16. Coordination & Monitoring for the timely release of the deliverables: PhilCare Member cards w/Member Guides, Contract, SOA, etc.

  17. To conduct Roll Out (Internal presentation) to all concerned units
  18. To conduct 1st round of HMO orientation with client
  19. To schedule dialogues with broker and client to ensure seamless transition
  20. Addresses/coordinates After sales requirements: availment concerns, APE schedules, other inquiries or requirements (e.g. 1 time SR for utilization request, periodic sending of active list, credit memo schedules, etc.)

  21. Conducts/Schedules monthly visits/courtesy call with all accredited Brokers of PhilCare. Identifies "producers" and schedules lunch/dinner meeting together with the Heads of the brokerage & Heads of PhilCare
