We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Outlook & MS365 Support Specialist to join our team during the critical post-implementation "hyper-care" phase. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition for users to the new system, providing hands-on support, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first-line support for user issues and inquiries during the hyper-care period.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact, offering timely and empathetic assistance.
  • Monitor systems and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex problems to specialized teams when needed.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to build a robust knowledge base.
  • Communicate clearly with users, providing updates and simplifying technical solutions.
  • Support training efforts by creating self-service materials (FAQs, tutorials).
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition to standard support.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Solid understanding of Outlook configuration, performance factors, plugins, caching, and retention policies.
  • Knowledge of general mail flow and Outlook troubleshooting (including logging and mobile support).
  • Experience with MS365 / Exchange Online and 365 migration.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols, MFA, and MS Authenticator.
  • Understanding of connectivity tools such as Zscaler, VPN, etc.
  • Ability to interpret mail headers and track email flow.
  • Knowledge of mailbox access rights, delegation, and Send As/On Behalf permissions.
  • Soft Skills: Willingness to learn, adapt, and understand internal processes in detail.
