Job Summary

The Project In-Charge will oversee the end-to-end construction of a world-class golf course, ensuring that all project activities—from site preparation and earthworks to fairway shaping and greens completion—are executed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, contractors, and project partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in turning the project vision into a remarkable and fully functional golf facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities across the project site.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, landscape designers, and golf course specialists.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met according to the master plan.
  • Ensure quality control in earthworks, irrigation installation, drainage systems, turf preparation, and finishing works.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and labor teams; resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Support budget management, resource planning, and materials procurement.
  • Ensure all works align with design specifications and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in large-scale land development or infrastructure projects; experience in golf course construction is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and project schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
