Project In-Charge

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Project-In-Charge to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of civil and construction projects, with a strong emphasis on excavation and general engineering works.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• At least 5-8 years of proven experience in general engineering and building construction
• Preferably with hands-on experience in civil works and construction site management
• Proficient in design software such as AutoDesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned to any project site within the provinces

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of construction projects including planning, mobilization, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Supervise and coordinate all excavation and earthwork activities ensuring proper slope protection, dewatering systems, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with architects, structural and geotechnical engineers, and contractors to execute excavation and structural designs.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower/resource requirements.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and relevant government regulations.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, risk assessments, and present updates to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement activities, evaluate contractor bids, and manage subcontractor performance especially for site development and excavation phases.
• Conduct site inspections and implement quality control procedures to verify safety, compaction quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to multidisciplinary project teams.

Work Location: Willingness to be deployed to project sites located in various provinces is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
