GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. is a client-focused construction organization providing multi-disciplinary construction services over a range of building and infrastructure market sectors.

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.

We are seeking for a very reliable and goal-oriented PROJECT IN-CHARGE ENGINEER who will be assigned to work at the Construction projects as designated by Management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support Resident Engineer/Project Manager with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules and the supervision of the construction workloads at the construction site.

· Process material's acceptance letters.

· Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs.

· Oversee and review daily field inspector reports.

· Track, document and manage project issues and conditions.

· Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.

· Prepare monthly project status reports.

· Assist Project Manager/Resident Engineer with payment requisition review.

· Assist in project close-out activities including the resolution of potential claims.

· Track and process all contract payments including fuel, asphalt and steel adjustments.

· Prepare and reconcile cost plus records.

· Review, analyze and make recommendations for contractor claims.

· Establish and maintain shop drawings, working drawings and submittals.

· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 5-10 years of relevant Project In-Charge Engineer experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD and other engineering software or programs.

· Knowledgeable of construction materials, methods and procedures.

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

· Experience working with contract documents and construction plans and specifications.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

· Strong client relationship management expertise.

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with License.

· Specialty knowledge of transit, bridge, roadway, utility or transportation work.

· Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction site project.

The salary shall be discussed upon application.
