  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES DOCUMENTATION

· Assist the sales division during booking stage.

· Check and verify sales documents during booking stage.

· Conduct Customer booking interview guidelines during booking.

· Encode booking transactions in various monitoring reports.

· Monitor and track booking transaction progress particularly due dates, requirement completion and bank status (coordination with home loan).

· Conduct follow up to customers if necessary.

· Coordinate to the assigned project sales and finance regarding booking fee withdrawals due to sale confirmation or cancellation.

· Monitor and track commission collection from developer.

COMMISSIONS AND LEDGER

· Responsible in preparing commission computation ledger of sellers after completion of confirmation process.

· Monitor the sales team's commission progress such as; commission due date, release date and other activity related to commission

· Maintain files of commission ledger of the sales team.

· Constant coordination with sales team and marketing.

LISTINGS/DATA MANAGEMENT

· Ensure listings (inventories) report is updated and accurate.

· Coordinate with sales team and if necessary, the developer/owners/banks to ensure accurate records of listings.

· Communicate movement in the listings to sales to avoid double sale.

· Safekeep and monitor listings (inventories) of the entire organization.

· Coordinate with developers, banks, private owners and other listers on a daily basis to ensure that listing (inventory) is still available.

· Coordinate and submit updated and accurate listing (inventory) report to sales, marketing, business development and the management from time to time.

· Ensure that new listings will have complete information needed for selling.

· Point person in any inquiry of sales team regarding listing (inventories).

LISTINGS/DATA MANAGEMENT

· Safekeep and monitor client/customer database.

· Ensure that client/customer database of the company is updated and accurate.

· Own the process of updated accurate recording and filing client/customer database.

· Coordinate with customer/client if needed.

· Other tasks as maybe assigned by the management from time to time.

SALES TEAM ASSISTANCE

· Assist the sales team in accomplishing both sales related and non-sales related forms such as; application for leave, official business forms, project visit schedule and others.

· Coordinate and monitor leads forwarded to sales team by the customer service specialist.

· Monitor/track lead status.

· Assist the project sales team during events if needed.

OTHERS

· Other tasks as maybe assigned by the management from time to time that is work related in nature.

· The company is expecting you to initiate new task that are not included on your JD.

Schedule:

  • 8 hours per day
  • Monday-Saturday
