We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to act as the Director's right hand. This role combines execution, creativity, and coordination—taking ownership of day-to-day sales, marketing, and admin tasks while supporting strategy at a high level.

You'll be trusted as the second-in-command, learning directly under the Sales & Marketing Director. This means handling grunt work (reports, content editing, lead monitoring), while also growing into a role that understands and executes campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube).

  • Edit videos, graphics, and photos for organic social media content.

  • Maintain company social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and timely posting.

  • Research competitors and trends, preparing reports and insights for the Director.

Sales

  • Respond to inbound leads (calls, chats, emails) and pre-qualify prospects.

  • Coordinate schedules for site visits and client meetings.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement.

Admin

  • Keep meticulous records of leads, expenses, campaign results, and project updates.

  • Monitor inquiries and ensure all prospects are attended to.

  • Handle small admin tasks: filing, document prep, scanning, scheduling.

  • Provide research and reporting support directly to the Director.

  • Record Data and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or any related field (preferred but not required if skilled).

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or in real estate (fresh grads with strong skills welcome).

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Tagalog).

  • Basic video and photo editing. (Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe, etc.)

  • Tech-savvy: Social media, Canva, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, MS Office.

  • Familiar with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, etc)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, can work with minimal supervision, takes initiative, and meets deadlines.

  • Highly motivated to improve and is coach-able to learn new skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.

  • Familiar with the usage of AI for all sorts of creative production and assists with mundane tasks.

  • Background in real estate, construction, or property marketing.
