Educational Attainment: Graduate of 4 years course in business administration related course.
Working Experiences: At least with 1 year experience in related to sales & Admin. Works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales releases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases (e.g., CRM systems).
- Generate sales reports
- Track and manage inventory related to sales orders.
- Support the sales team with any administrative tasks or special projects.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
Knowledge/Skills: Must be detailed oriented and proficient in Excel and Word. Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills; aggressive, analytical, highly organized and can work under minimum supervision.
Willing to do multi-tasking work. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
