The F & B Trainer / Training Officer is responsible for organizing appropriate training for all staff on an annual and needs basis. Enhances the competencies of individual employees by making sure all training materials are ready, and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alliance with company's core values. Assesses the skills of new and current employees at our company.
Responsibilities:
● Help Identifies areas in employees & skills that require improvement
● Organizes training sessions specific to various roles in the company
● Oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids.
● Ensures that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training
● Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
● Prepares all instructional materials
● Creates training program calendar for cross-trained and new store personnel Key Responsibility Area
Qualifications:
Work Experience
● 3-5 years of related work experience
● BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
● Knowledge in MS Office and in database software
● Knowledge of learning management software
● Proven ability to master the full training cycle
● Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
● With excellent decision-making and organizational skills
● With excellent communication skills and leadership skills
● Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
