Inventory controller will be responsible for the effecient inventory control monitoring of the company's Raw and Packaging materials, General and Scrap materials, and Finished Goods materials to meet the sales and marketing requirement.

Main Functions:

  • Checks the daily Raw materials and Packaging materials inventory report and compares with all transaction slips.
  • Checks the daily scrap inventory report and compares with all the transaction slips.
  • Checks the daily finished goods inventory report in SPI (Laguna & Bukidnon) warehouse and compares with all transaction slips.
  • Coordinates with Production Planner with regards to the availability of materials' need in production schedule.
  • Reports discrepancies in inventories versus transaction slips.
  • Prepares adjustment letters and coordinates with the in-charge personnel in the department with regards to investigation report and action plan.
  • Prepares Internal Audit report, Audit reply, SKU and MC Table Analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting course or any Business related course.
  • With at least 2 years experienced in Manufacturing firm.
  • With background in Inventory control and Warehousing will be an advantage.
