About the role

LD Ebike Trading Corp' is seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our team in Prenza I Marilao Bulacan. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations. This is a full-time position that will involve a variety of responsibilities to support the company's warehousing and distribution activities.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling inventory records
2. Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and organised manner
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, using computerised systems
4. Assisting with the implementation of inventory control processes and procedures
5. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues with stock levels
6. Supporting the preparation of reports and data analysis related to inventory
7. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
3. Good numerical and data entry skills, with proficiency in using inventory management software
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
6. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices
7. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
