Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of goods, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and review performance.
  • Train staff on procedures, safety rules, and equipment use.
  • Enforce safety policies, conduct inspections, and maintain equipment.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and resolve delivery issues.
  • Optimize space utilization and process efficiency.
  • Record all transactions in WMS/ERP and prepare KPI reports (e.g., order fulfillment, inventory turnover, productivity).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including 2 in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in WMS and inventory systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
