Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing warehouse activities, and coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments. The role involves supervising a team of warehouse and delivery personnel to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize delivery routes, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Monitor and schedule daily deliveries to ensure on-time shipment and receipt of goods.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and assign vehicles and drivers accordingly.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods.
  • Handle documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of logistics staff including warehousemen and drivers.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or transportation bottlenecks.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and logistics costs for cost-efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
